Additions to our website are currently being added on a regular basis in order to provide a wealth of information for people seeking  jobs or for those considering a change in their current position.

The author and senior consultant for Job Advantages4You is Helena Ferrari. She is a certified Human Resources Professional and certified DDI behavioral interviewer. Over the years, Helena has been involved in job fairs, campus recruiting, hosted countless seminars and conferences and has worked with a variety of institutions and organizations to empower individuals. After numerous interviews it became very apparent that most individuals did not know the techniques needed to stand out and make a lasting impression during the interviewing cycle.

Helena found that there was very little research pertaining to understanding the entire interview cycle from an employers’ perspective. There was also a lack of specific information in the crucial area of gaining the interview edge. This led Helena to write two books called “Job Advantages” and developed a series of job and interview training workshops. Ferrari teaches all participants the strategies for successful interviews, the keys to set oneself apart from the competition, ways to get the hiring manager’s attention and how to learn what employers are really looking for. These techniques increase the participant’s self-confidence and increase their chances of getting their job.
